Description

Round medal with the bust of Lazaro Spallanzani and "Lazarus Spallanzani Naturae Curiosus Arcana Elicuit" on the front, and the seal of the municipality of Reggio nell'Emilia and "Reggio E. Pavia - 2-7 maggio 1959 / Celebrazioni Spallanzaniane" on the back.

This medal was given to participants of the Simposio internazionale di biologia sperimentale in 1959.
