Description

The Rubicon Company was was established in Philadelphia in the 1930s. They specialized in electrical measuring instruments used for laboratory and testing services. The company was purchased by the Minneapolis-based Honeywell Regulator Company in 1957, where it became the Rubicon Division of Honeywell.
